Hitting Instruction – Baseball
5 weeks of a detailed breakdown of the major components of hitting.
Including stance, load, extension and follow through.

Pitching Instruction
This class will work on all components of pitching:
approach, take away, extension, ball position,
pick off moves, as well as the mental aspects.
