About Us (Mike & Joanne DiPaulo)

Mike and Joanne DiPaulo, Liverpool residents, are currently co-owners of Perfect Practice, LLC. Mike is a native of Liverpool where he has been involved in playing/coaching baseball for the majority of his life. He is a former President and Board member of Liverpool Little League. He currently serves on the board for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and is also the boys’ modified coach at Bishop Ludden in Syracuse.

Mike’s interest in baseball goes farther than his love of coaching. Starting in high school, he was a collector of various baseball memorabilia, including autographed baseballs, pictures and jerseys. This collection has grown over the years and is now enjoyed by his son, Matt. Their yearly “Spring Training trip” to Florida has included watching their favorite teams, mingling with professional players, collecting autographs and sharing stories with other fans.

Joanne and Mike are both 1987 graduates of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Both being design majors, they stayed in their fields for a few years before moving on to other ventures. Mike continues his 14 year career in insurance and investment sales and is currently a manager for Mass Mutual in Syr. Joanne is an employee benefits specialist for Staffworks in North Syracuse.
